Spring is coming! And what about it? It's time to learn how to lead a healthy lifestyle!
First, remember to get enough sleep and rest. If we get enough sleep from the morning, our well-being will certainly improve. To be even healthier, exercise is a good way. It's getting warmer in spring, so it's the perfect time to go for walks, ride a bike or do other outdoor sports. In addition, it is also worth taking care of what we eat. In spring and summer, a lot of tasty fruits grow, such as strawberries, cherries, raspberries, melons, bananas and cherries. It is worth replacing sweets with something equally tasty and sweet, just like fruits. Here are two examples recipes:

round biscuits: 12 pieces
bananas: 2
lemon jelly: 2 packages
hot water: 500 milliliters
heavy cream 30%: 200 milliliters
mascarpone cheese: 4 spoons
lemon: 1
 powdered sugar: 2 spoons
 gelatin powder: 2 tea spoons
Step 1
Grease the form with butter and line it with baking paper. Put the biscuits on the bottom.
Step 2
Put the bananas cut into pieces on the biscuits.
Step 3
Dissolve jellies in hot water, mix thoroughly and leave to cool. Pour on the bottom of the biscuits. Put in the fridge for 1-2 h to concentration.
Step 4
Beat the heavy cream into a fluffy cream with powdered sugar and a spoonful of lemon juice. Add mascarpone cheese and agar dissolved in a little hot water. We mix everything up.
Step 5
Transfer the resulting cream to the concentrated jelly. We align on top. Put it in the fridge again for at least 30 minutes.

Pears: 2
Sugar 1 spoon
Vietnam Knorr Cinnamon 0.5 tea spoon
crumble:
butter 50 grams
wheat flour 80 grams
sugar 40 grams
almond flakes 20 grams
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the apples and pears, peel them, and then dice them (approx. 2-3 cm).
Step 2
Add sugar and cinnamon to the sliced ​​fruit. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Transfer the fruit to the molds.
Step 4
Prepare the crumble. Mix the flour with sugar. Add the butter and combine it to make a crumble. Finally, add the almond flakes and mix. Sprinkle the crumble on the previously prepared fruit. Put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes.
